近年、ホメオパシーの効果について、
ナノ粒子の存在がクローズアップされています。
ナノ粒子とは、
100nm（ナノメートル）以下のサイズの粒子を言います。

バルクの水よりも表面積が大きくなります。
このナノ粒子を囲む水は、EZ化しており、
この水に記憶が保存されることが提唱されています（Water-driven structure transformation in nanoparticles at room temperature. Nature. 2003424(6952):1025–1029）（The possible mechanism of memory through nanoparticles and exclusion zones. Water. 20177:158–176）。
